	Lighting At PSE, we specialize in lighting installation and maintenance: Highway Lighting Systems Athletic fields Parking Lots Airports Landscaping/Streetscaping Major projects and maintenance programs include services for all of the City of Wichita and KDOT in 8 counties (including Wichita, Emporia, Lawrence, and Topeka).

	Tornado Sirens PSE is a Kansas company with Kansas employees; for us, tornado sirens are serious business. Proper installation and maintenance of our sirens and advance warning systems save lives. Because of our superior personnel and equipment, we’ve been the trusted choice of the Sedgwick County Department of Emergency Management for 25 years running.

	Commercial and Industrial In ’63, PSE started business with a commercial/industrial focus—helping build schools, hospitals, and places of business. While we have expanded our services, we haven’t forgotten our roots. PSE sets the standard for new construction.

	Overhead and Underground Utilities PSE owns and operates an extensive fleet of aerial and underground equipment. Our highly-trained personnel install and service a wide variety of utilities, including electrical, gas, water, telephone, and fiber optics.

	Custom Hole Drilling and Foundations PSE specializes in pier-drilled concrete foundations. Most Kansas soil conditions allow us to drill up to 42” in diameter and 20’ deep. Our metal fabrication shop constructs rebar reinforcements and anchor bolt assemblies. We offer our customers a typical hole or a turn-key foundation.
